At present, colored stainless steel has developed rapidly abroad, and dozens of companies in more than 10 countries have been mass-produced. WiQ industrial design. Among them, the low temperature surface oxidation treatment coloring method is simple in process and low in cost. Before adopting low-temperature surface oxidation coloring, China must first polish the stainless steel surface. The higher the smoothness, the more uniform the color and the brighter the color. After polishing, pickling is also performed to remove the naturally formed oxide film while avoiding surface corrosion. In the coloring process, controlling the reproducibility of color with the coloring potential method is the key to the low-temperature surface oxidation treatment coloring process. The colored film formed on the surface of the stainless steel after coloring is an oxide film. This layer of film is actually colorless. Only because of its interference with light, it forms a color. Different film thicknesses result in different colors, and the thicknesses of the oxide films obtained with different coloring potential differences are also different. In other words, the thickness of this oxide film can be controlled at will, or the oxide film can be removed to restore the colored stainless steel to the original stainless steel.

The method is to first immerse a stainless steel plate in a nitric acid solution, and then irradiate with a pulsed laser to control the length of the irradiation time, and the surface of the steel plate will appear 7 colors such as blue, green, and gold. Ferritic stainless steels are less bright than the former because they increase the possibility of corrosion in the coloring solution. Low-chromium high-carbon martensitic stainless steels, due to their poorer corrosion resistance, can only get dull colors or black surfaces. According to reports, austenitic stainless steels have been exposed to industrial atmosphere for 6 years after being tinted with a low-temperature surface oxidation treatment and coloring method, and exposed to marine atmosphere for one and a half years, immersed in boiling water for 28 days, or heated to about 300 ° C No change in color gloss. For example, a black stainless steel plate can be used to make a solar heat collecting plate, and the selected heat absorption rate can reach 91% to 93%.
